MEET VANELLE
Today, she shares her vision of how to create a small business while balancing parenthood and marriage, so others can also achieve their own dreams of becoming a business owner and family-focused entrepreneur. She aims to help her clients start a new business or childcare program while better navigating the licensing, training, and care processes, so they too can find their happy ending and feel accomplished in their career efforts.
Passionate about early childhood education and entrepreneurship, Vanelle knew she wanted to be a teacher at the very early age of 7 when she would line her teddy bears up and teach them their ABCs. With her parents working long hours, as a child Vanelle spent most of her time in daycare if she was not attending school. She started her first job at the age of 14 working with children in the many different positions of childcare, along with gaining knowledge from other jobs in the customer service field. She knew she had a calling for impacting children’s lives and serving others. It was this enthusiasm that would carry her through her own undergraduate studies at the University of Phoenix, where she received a bachelor’s degree in Human Services and Management.
Through these experiences, her career as a full-time childcare center educator, wife and mother of four, she found her true calling. Vanelle wanted to use her hands-on experience to help others find success in establishing their own childcare business or start up business along the way.
